I knew Pat and Rodger thru Theresa and Barry Houser. They came to visit Theresa and Barry in Arizona quite often. We would get together for dinner and games. With sincere condolences to his loving family. Both Pat and Rodger will be greatly missed. Absent from the body present with the Lord in glory.

Rodger and Pat. How blessed All Saints' is to have had them both as parishioners, caring friends, and steady volunteers in the life of the church and for the lives of others. The photo of Rodger preparing to deliver food to Somerton Food Bank says so much about him. The rapport between Rodger and Pat was a pleasure to witness. It is easy to talk the words of our Lord. Rodger and Pat walked the words. God bless them both. May flights of angels accompany Rodger into the arms of God and reunion with Pat.

Rodger would come faithfully to All Saints' to pick up food donations and deliver them to Somerton Food Bank on a weekly basis. Every time he came in the office, he removed his hat and had a cheery hello and hug for me! He literally made my day better. Rodger carried out the Somerton mission in honor of his wife, Pat, who he would shed a tear over whenever her name was mentioned. The love he had for her was a fairy tale love story and even though he missed her, Rodger kept busy and always shared his fun pact weekend plans! I will miss him dearly and think of him often.
