Wow I still can’t believe this has happened. Paul you were the sweetest. Your smile was infectious. Those dimples would just make a heart melt. I still remember the day you proposed to me. Those eyes, that look and your smile, how could any girl say no to that lol. But our paths went another way. It’s never easy when death takes a loved one so soon. I know your family and friends will miss you!! Rest easy my friend!

Posted at 05:23am mattered. You mattered so much more than I think you ever felt. I will love you for every day for rest of my life. And I will continue to walk with the love in my heart that you taught me to have. Thank you for teaching me how to truly love and how to express that love. You have impacted every part of my existence, and I will cherish you always. Thank you for giving me my daughter and for saving my life after Tracy died. I am honored to be the mother of your daughter Alyssa Lynn Rivera, who we named after our beautiful friend Tracy. Alyssa has been my everything since the day I became her mother. We did something so good and so big and I hope you are so proud. I’m so sorry that I couldn’t give you as much as you gave me. I was just too broken. I have always wanted so much more for you in this world. You deserved every good thing. And I was always happy for every good thing that you did get to have. I’m sorry that the world wasn’t able to give more to you. You deserved so much more. Thank you for holding on in this much too hard world, for so many days of my life. I’m so thankful you were in this world at all, and I have always known how lucky this entire world was to have you. I have loved you since the very first day I met you in this life. And I am sure that I have loved you before, that I will love you again, and that you will be waiting for me when I’m ready to come home too. You will always mean more to me than I was ever able to show. I will miss you everyday. Thank you for all of it. And I’m sorry...but I’m just not willing to ever say goodbye to you. My heart is at peace knowing that you are not suffering somewhere in this world anymore, even though I selfishly wanted to keep you here forever. Thank you for always being there when I needed you and for always being the one I could run to when the world was too much for me. Thank you for taking so much of the pain away from me and for healing me so much with your love. I will miss you my friend. Tell Tracy thank you for introducing me to the greatest love of my life and for giving my daughter the best father she could’ve ever known.💗 (I’m posting my favorite picture of you and Alyssa)
